Jessica Potenza is a self-taught Canadian artist who has managed to develop a unique technique and find a market for her work in only a few years. She paints using coffee, Japanese ink, and acrylic paints. She focuses primarily on the underlying emotion she detects in her subjects. Horses have had a central influence throughout Jessica’s life, and their essence thus inspires the majority of her work. She has received numerous awards throughout her still young professional art career, including a medal for her innovative technique at an exposition hosted by the Vatican in Rome.
